You are taught only the basic law in graduate courses. The most important aspect that I consider is the knowledge of the application of law to a given situation. A long period is consumed to understand the application of law. Then there is another factor which is beyond your control and that is each and every litigant wants to engage a senior lawyer ( By Age) for his cause.
Yet there is another factor that patience hearing is not given to Young Lawyers. Senior Presiding Officer would pull them and would try to scatter them here. So, the life of a young lawyer is challenging but rewarding. You do not get anything to eat during your initial years and in the later years, you do not get time to eat. Both ways you remain hungry all the times as you play Lawyer- Lawyer.
